Keystone Lodge and Spa and the Inn at Keystone will have complimentary: wireless internet access in guestrooms and public areas, Fitness Center, pool and hot tub access and complimentary self parking .
River Run and the Conference Village condominiums will have complimentary : internet access, daily maid service, fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and fireplaces, and complimentary self parking .
We thank Keystone Resort for waiving their resort fees and providing these amenities free of charge.
The above rates are based on standard occupancy per bedroom. For each additional person over standard occupancy per bedroom, a charge of $25.00 per adult per night, plus taxable surcharge and prevailing state and local taxes, will be added to the room rate. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded and additional beds may not be requested. Room rates quoted above do not include a taxable surcharge of 5.9% per room, per night, in addition to applicable state and local taxes, currently 5.78%.
Reservations made by telephone require one night's deposit in the form of a credit card when the reservation is made. If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at such time. After a deposit is received, a confirmation will be sent. Keystone will offer transportation packages to attendees making individual reservations. Individual cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full deposit amount. Individual cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival will result in a refund of the deposit less a $30.00 processing fee. Guests needing to cancel or modify their reservations due to an emergency will be given special consideration.
