ISSS SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS AND YOUNG RESEARCHERS
The ISSS has long recognised the need to encourage and support students and young researchers in the field of snow sports safety. Equally, we acknowledge that this niche area can be difficult to access without support and that preparing and presenting research/elective work at conferences can be both expensive and intimidating. Whilst our funding is extremely limited, we aim to academic support to students and young researchers. See below for more information. Our scientific conferences have a well earned reputation for their openness and friendliness towards students and new researchers so please come along and join us, you’ll have a great time!
