Membership fees are paid in two-year increments – Individual member $US 150.00 biennially; Company fee $US 300.00 biennially. Student subscription $US 75. Current subscriptions are based on the financial period running from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2010.

Refund Policy: Refunds of 50% of the membership fee are issued for members resigning during the first year of membership. No refunds will be issued after the first year of membership.
